Can I keep my current mobile number?
Yes! You can bring your current number with you when you switch. During signup, you’ll first provide us with your existing phone number and device IMEI number. Then we will need your account number, transfer PIN, and billing ZIP code at your current carrier. Once submitted, we’ll handle the transfer, and your number will move over seamlessly with little to no downtime.
How do I find my IMEI number?
Your IMEI is a unique identifier that helps us confirm your phone is compatible.
Here’s how to find it:
iPhone:
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap About
- Look for IMEI
Android:
- Open Settings
- Tap About Phone or About Device
- Look for IMEI (You may need to tap Status)
Universal Shortcut:
Dial *#06# on your phone — your IMEI will appear instantly.
