Direct Communications and Tru Fiber Team Up

Chubbuck, ID — Direct Communications and Tru Fiber are proud to announce their partnership to provide a faster and more cost-effective internet solution to the residents of Chubbuck.

For the past several years, Direct Communications and Tru Fiber have both been busy building fiber optic internet in Chubbuck. Now they have combined their labors to quickly and efficiently reach the citizens of Chubbuck.

“We have had a huge response from the residents of Chubbuck, asking for better internet options. In order to reach more homes quicker, we have teamed up with Tru Fiber,” said Tim May, Owner, Direct Communications. “Many customers don’t understand that a large amount of the development of fiber to the home, is being able to get fiber from our operating equipment to the neighborhood. Direct Communications will continue construction, which will open up Tru Fiber to focus on the distribution of fiber within the neighborhoods, and provide end-services to each customer.”

“The real winners will be the residents of Chubbuck,” said Shane Moulton, Owner, Tru Fiber. “This partnership will provide huge opportunities for the deployment of fiber optic internet in the city of Chubbuck.”

This means that from this point forward you will see Tru Fiber installing fiber drops in your yards, you will have a Tru Fiber tech install service in your house, and you will pay your bill to Tru Fiber. Essentially, Tru Fiber will be the face of Chubbuck’s fiber optic internet to the home services, and Direct Communications will be the backbone.

“The combination of these two companies means state-of-the-art fiber optic technology for the residents of Chubbuck,” said Moulton. “We can now confidently say that our speeds and service will be unparalleled to any fiber to the home services in the country.”

Direct Communications will still maintain their residential services throughout all other current service areas outside of Chubbuck and this relationship will not affect their commercial services in Chubbuck.

“For us, it will always be about the customer. By teaming up, we feel like we can provide better internet service, to more Chubbuck residents in a shorter amount of time,” said May.
