Direct Communications the recipient of Federal financial assistance from the
Rural Electrification Administration, an agency of the U.S. Department of
Agriculture (USDA).

In accordance with Federal law and the USDA’s policy, Direct

office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all the
