Position Description:

Part-time marketing position primarily responsible for building the brand, social media updates, coordinating communications, and organizing marketing campaigns. Assist with community event coordination and promotional giveaways. Will be collaborating with sales, construction, and management to build brand recognition. Other duties as assigned by Management.


  • High School Diploma or GED, higher education preferred.
  • Prefer marketing/communications experience
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prefer experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Detail oriented, creative, and eager to learn new things
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn other technical software.
  • Ability to lift 50+lbs
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
