We’ve been continuing to monitor the unprecedented situation around COVID-19.
We first want to say that Direct Communications will remain up and running, and we are committed to continuing to help you, our valued customers, stay connected through our internet and phone services.
Meanwhile, we are doing everything within our power to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, including:
- We have outfitted all our techs with sanitary gloves to wear as they enter your home or business.
- We have undertaken social distancing for necessary on-site staff; and have moved all our sales processes to phone only sales.
- Our Paris and Pocatello offices will be closed to the public in order to stay in accordance with public distancing standards.
- Moving forward, we have encouraged any necessary on-site employees exhibiting any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms to remain at home.
If you have a trouble ticket or install at your home and you currently are quarantined because of the virus, please notify us.
If you need to make a payment you can still do this over the phone, online, or in our mail drop at the Rockland or Paris offices.
While we don’t anticipate any issues, we will post updates on our website, Facebook page, and via email if our ability to fulfill obligations is impacted outside of our normal operating procedures.
