We want to reassure our customers that we have plenty of bandwidth available for you, so please do call in and upgrade your speed if you have been considering ways to improve your current at-home experience. More speed means more fun, and we all could use a little more of that during this time of social distancing and self-isolating.
Please be aware that due to the high volume of requests, those speed upgrade service orders are sometimes taking several days (3 to 5 days) to process, so if you know you are going to need an upgrade in order to keep all the kids entertained or schooled remotely, please call in early so we can have your new speed ready for you in time. While the fiber network can handle the upgrades, our office staff is still human and they are working as fast as they can.
