Final Update: 9:30PM, Splice Team has confirmed that the Kiowa area is up and running. If you are still offline at this time, please power cycle your router. Our Splice Team has begun splicing all houses in the Kiowa area. Equipment on the side of your house will be coming online in groups of 12, with the full restore time at 9:30 PM. We ask that you DO NOT reset your router during this time. If you are still offline after 9:30 PM, please power cycle your router. If that does not resolve the issue, please call our Tech Support at 801-789-4999. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
